Cancellations and refunds
- We must receive your full payment and enrolment form at least a week before the start of the course.
- All course fees are non-refundable, unless the course is cancelled by Master Languages.
- 24 hours (working hours) notice is required to reschedule a one to one or group class (within the course period and the date and time will be scheduled depending on the teacher’s and students’ availability), or the full fee will have to be paid.
- If the number of students interested in a course is below the number originally agreed, then the course will only take place if the students agree to a price adjustment.
Privacy Policy
Master Languages will keep all records of customers carefully, and treat them as strictly confidential. No information will be passed on to third parties without prior consent.
Staff
Clients must agree not to make any separate arrangements with Master Languages tutors during contracts and for a period of one year afterwards; all negotiations with Master Languages tutors must be made through Master Languages.
